Problem

Company: Jfloyd Consultancy LTD is an I.T consultancy firm that provides Software Solutions to financial institutions all over Africa.

Situation: Jfloyd had a website that was created in 2008 and running on old technology. Being an I.T consultancy firm, this did not represent the company well in the market as its competitors' websites were running on the latest technologies and enjoying all the benefits of being up to-date. Its biggest challenge was its failure to effectively showcase and communicate what the company does in an organized appealing design.

Task: In 2015 Jfloyd hired me as a Software Developer and Consultant to revamp their old website. To give it a new, fresh feel and look that would best represent it as an I.T consultancy firm.

Solution

Action: Together with Jfloyd representatives, we brainstormed, iterated through various prototypes and phases and built a fresh new website that gives the user a much clear picture on what the company does.

Results: Currently Jfloyd has a website that represents it well in the market as a credible I.T consultancy firm. Jfloyd is able to showcase their products and services in a much more organized way and unlike before, clients can now contact them directly from their website. This has in turn led to an expanded market.
